MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE:
The surface is made of HPL. This is made of synthetic resin, durable and hard. Its real name, then, is High Pressure Laminate "HPL". As a material it has a matte or glossy finish. Its main characteristics are its resistance to knocks, abrasion and stains, its resistance to bacteria growth and finally the stability of its color to light and artificial lighting. It also exhibits resistance to high temperatures, with excellent fire resistance, scratch resistance and particularly high water resistance.
Important Note:
**ADVANTAGE OF INSTALLATION:
The specific surface has German Slots ("slits" or "guides") on its back, into which the special screws with square "heads" included in the packaging fit, and you can vary their distance along the "guide" to match the base you have. You then place the surface on the base you have (square or "cross"), and then tighten it with the washers also included in the packaging. This way you completely avoid drilling the surface.
