CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL:
The surface is made of HPL. This is nothing more than bakelite, also known as laminate, which is a synthetic resin coating material, durable and hard. Its actual name, therefore, is High Pressure Laminate "HPL". Bakelite consists of boards coated with sheets of synthetic materials that look like wood. As a material, it is very economical and has a matte or glossy finish. It is placed on MDF or particle board with special resins and offers a huge variety of colors and imitations of wood or other designs. Its main characteristics are its resistance to impacts, abrasion, and stains, its resistance to bacterial growth, and finally the color stability in light and artificial lighting. It also shows resistance to high temperatures, with excellent fire resistance, scratch resistance, and particularly high water resistance.
If you wish the HPL surface to be pre-drilled by our company, the cost is 4 euros per piece.
Important Note**:
Before installing the screws, you should check their size to prevent damage to the surface.
(If incorrect screws are installed, the surface will be damaged as the screws will penetrate it. To prevent damage to the product, it is recommended to check the screw size before installing it on the surface, even if the screws come from our company or you purchase them from a store.)
