The armchair is upholstered with excellent quality RATTAN. Rattan is the best and most widely used natural material for furniture making. Rattan grown in Southeast Asia is the highest quality and most durable material compared to similar types grown in other regions. Rattan is a naturally growing vine species native to tropical regions of Australia, Asia, and Africa. With more than 600 different species, RATTAN can be distinguished as a strong fibrous plant similar to bamboo and is used for furniture because it is lightweight, durable, flexible, and attractive.
The frame of the armchair is made of mahogany wood. Mahogany is an excellent wood with a beautiful finish and is considered one of the most valuable wood species in the world. One of its many advantages is that it does not warp, swell, or shrink, and it is also durable even underwater.
MAINTENANCE:
Thanks to the durability of wood and RATTAN, maintaining the armchair is easy. In addition to regular dusting, you can wipe it with a damp cloth. DO NOT use detergents, bleaches, or polishes. If, however, detergent use is necessary, then use mild soap with warm water. DO NOT use a pressure washer or hose with pressure as this will damage the fibers.
