MATERIALS:

The set is made of solid ACACIA wood. Acacia wood is one of the best types of wood available on the market. Its mechanical strength and mechanical properties approach those of other well-known woods, such as beech, oak, afzelia, teak and others. It has high biological resistance, i.e. it shows excellent resistance to the action of microorganisms that could destroy the material and structures.

The surface is made of travertine. Travertine is a type of limestone from sedimentary rock formed by mineral deposits from natural water sources. The chemical process that creates travertine gives it its stunning texture and makes each piece unique. It gives a rustic and "warm" feeling to any space.

*Existing cracks or those that may form over time are due to the contraction-expansion of the living organism called solid wood, and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, giving originality and unique design to your space. During the production process, the existing cracks are homogenized and stabilized with material made from the same wood. Therefore, there may be color variations and differences in the dimensions of the product due to the dimensions of the processed wood. These do not constitute a defect in the product.

MAINTENANCE:

The set does not require special maintenance. A wipe with a damp cloth is enough, and if there are stains, a gentle spray from the many available on the market. In general, even in the case of stains, the secret is quick cleaning before the wood has time to "soak in".

Usually, a quick wipe with a wet cloth is enough to clean travertine. In case acidic materials are spilled on it, we recommend cleaning it quickly before it is absorbed by the stone. You can also use stone sealers available on the market for long-term protection.
