Suar wood is the wood of the Albizia Saman tree, sometimes called the rain tree, a tree native to South America. This tree was introduced to Indonesia as a plantation tree. Each piece of Suar wood, like every snowflake, is unique. The configuration of the wood grain can vary significantly, making one piece appear more desirable to a particular customer than another. Properly dried, suar wood is very strong and durable.

MAINTENANCE:
The fact that SUAR is included in hardwoods makes it very easy to maintain. All it needs is dusting and, when necessary, cleaning with a damp cloth.
