HM7676.46- living room rug------ We present the new addition to our product range. This rug depicts various geometric shapes on a predominantly dark background.
Info: The rug or carpet has been a part of human civilization for centuries. The oldest surviving rug in the world is located in Armenia and dates back to the 5th century BC. However, knotted rugs probably originated in the 3rd or 2nd millennium BC in Western Asia, perhaps in the Caspian Sea region (Northern Iran) or Armenia, although there is evidence that goats and sheep were slaughtered for this purpose from the 7th millennium! Rugs are traditionally made of wool, but from the 20th century onwards, they are often made from synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, nylon or polyester, as these fibers are less expensive than wool.
DIMENSIONS:
80X150cm
Pile height: 1 cm.
Weight: 1.300gr/m2
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The surface of the rug is made of 100% Polyester fibers, while the base of the rug is 100% cotton. Polyester fibers are a shortened name for a synthetic, man-made polymer, which, as a specific material, is most often referred to as a type called polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It is clear, therefore, that it is resistant to all kinds of wear and tear, especially moisture. The cotton base of the rug is also very resistant to moisture.
MAINTENANCE:
Thanks to its durable construction materials, this rug can be safely washed with running water using mild detergents, such as dishwashing liquid. Of course, there are also special cleaners for all kinds of rugs available on the market that you can use without fear. Just be careful not to rub the cotton bottom too hard, but to wash it only with water.
ADVANTAGES:
This fringed rug, like all in our range, is readily available. It is durable thanks to its industrial construction and the synthetic materials it is made of, and for the same reason it has the property of keeping its color unchanged. And of course, its price is really attractive. You just need to make sure it aesthetically fits your space!
