This handmade console features a rectangular top made of fir wood in a NATURAL color, and a base with a beautiful irregular design in OFF-WHITE made of MDF with a rough cement texture, which is the latest trend in interior design. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The base is made of MDF. MDF (Medium Density Fiber) is a modern, widely used material characterized by minimal moisture absorption, mass homogeneity, satisfactory mechanical properties, excellent smoothness, and many processing possibilities.
The top is made of fir wood. Fir is a type of evergreen coniferous tree, strong and durable.
**Existing cracks or those that may develop over time are due to the shrinkage-expansion of the living organism called solid wood, and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. Therefore, there may be color variations and differences in the dimensions of the product due to wood processing. These do not constitute a defect in the product.
MAINTENANCE:
Solid wood of any kind is considered high quality. In case of damage or scratches, it can be repaired and last for many years. To clean wood from dust and age, a reactive yet gentle material is needed so as not to damage the wood, always following the wood grain. Furniture made of good, real wood needs regular hydration, as its wood dries out easily, at least once every three months. We recommend regularly nourishing them with wax or special oils, which can be easily found in all supermarkets. Whatever material you use, apply it with a cotton cloth (always following the wood grain). Use a small amount for easy absorption.
The base is cleaned with a damp cloth.
