The MALENA bed has a high headboard, upholstered with tufted quilting, and the entire bed is upholstered in velvet fabric.

However, the main characteristic of this bed is that it does not follow the classic construction with bed slats for mattress support, but instead consists of a continuous surface (2 particle boards) upholstered with anti-slip lining, on which the mattress is placed.
