FIX mattress with continuous low springs (bonnell) in single size and double-sided, in white color
A mattress is a means of well-being and relaxation.
A person with healthy sleep changes their sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). The ability to change position unhindered is a prerequisite for refreshing sleep. Uniform pressure distribution prevents body aches where there may be greater pressure (shoulders, hips) and guarantees good blood circulation. The excellent temperature (neither too hot nor too cold) and humidity regulation (absorption of sweat fluids) are perfectly adapted to the individual.
The most important thing to remember, however, is that the firmness of a mattress should be adjusted according to your personal preferences. For this reason, various firmness scales on the market do not fully reflect your reality.
This particular mattress is made with the traditional and most durable mattress construction. They consist of multiple springs of the same type and hardness, connected in a grid. This grid is the heart of the mattress and is responsible for how the weight will be distributed. Bonnell mattresses are usually harder than mattresses with independent pocket springs and foam mattresses.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Dimensions: 90x190 cm.
Mattress height: 14 cm.
Mattress verbal diagram:
-Plp fabric
-Felt on felt
-1 cm No. 250 foam layer
-2 layers of 200gr/m poly-cotton batting
-96 bonnell springs/m2
There is additional foam support around the perimeter
The same materials in reverse order are also on the other side of the mattress, because it is double-sided.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The materials in detail are:
-The surface of the mattress is made of plp fabric. This is a fabric made of 100% stabilized polypropylene fibers, which makes the fabric extremely resistant to all kinds of stress.
-The polycotton batting is produced from a mixture of polyester and cotton fibers, treated and sterilized. It combines the advantages of the 2 above materials and achieves an ideal result of comfort and softness.
-Next, there is a layer of foam No. 250, which means it is medium density, so relatively soft.
-The felt consists of a mixture of multicolored acrylic fibers and polypropylene. After special treatment, it is channeled into a furnace and sterilized. It is compressed in a special machine for high durability, in order to offer maximum protection to the soft materials that make up the mattress from the mattress springs.
-In the heart of the mattress there are 96 low bonnell springs with a thickness of 2.30mm. Around the perimeter, they are connected with a steel bar
MAINTENANCE:
•Periodically air your mattress in the sun for proper ventilation
•Leave windows open daily for 30 minutes to remove moisture, especially during winter which is the main cause of mattress odor
•Do not bend the mattress as there is a risk of deformation and damage
•Do not use as a "trampoline" by children
•Keep it dry
•Wash sheets at high temperatures and iron them well, to kill various microorganisms and place them dry on the mattress
•Do not iron on the mattress
•Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with special cleaners
•The mattress base must be without protrusions, curves and bumps. It should be on a flat surface
ADVANTAGES:
Mattresses with continuous bonnell type springs have the lowest cost compared to other mattresses on the market and can be more easily replaced so that you constantly have a new mattress at regular intervals, while due to their hardness they offer spinal support even to extremely overweight people. Also, they are less flexible and thus facilitate the rotation of the mattress. Therefore, they are ideal for people who want a cheap option and people who like harder mattresses.
All types of mattresses are made from selected, safety-certified materials,
while their production is controlled at all stages based on the strictest quality and hygiene standards.
