Double pocket mattress with pillow top, single-sided in roll packing (special pocket springs) 150x200cm.
A mattress is a means of well-being and relaxation.
A person with healthy sleep changes their sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). The ability to change position without hindrance is an essential prerequisite for refreshing sleep. Uniform pressure distribution prevents body aches where there may be the greatest pressure (shoulders, hips) and guarantees good blood circulation. The excellent temperature (neither too hot nor too cold) and humidity regulation (absorption of sweat liquids) are perfectly adapted to the individual.
The most important thing to remember, however, is that the firmness of a mattress must be adjusted according to your personal preferences. For this reason, various hardness scales circulating do not fully reflect your reality.
This particular mattress is anatomical and incorporates independent spring technology, which is perhaps the most popular type of new technology mattresses. The heart of the mattress consists of many independent springs, enclosed in a cylindrical pocket fabric. Each spring is firmly glued to the adjacent springs. This technique allows the springs to move independently of their neighbours. This complex technique makes pocket mattresses adaptable to the shape of the body.
This particular mattress is also delivered in roll packing, which means you unroll it on your bed and leave it for about 48 hours until it reaches its correct form by absorbing air and is ready for use.
The pillow top refers to the top of the mattress or the mattress itself as a "pillow top mattress". But what does this additional surface practically mean and what does it offer to the body?
Essentially, the pillow top is a surface layer of soft material that is sewn and packaged in the cover. This provides a soft, "cloud-like" feel to the mattress surface. Pillow tops started as mattress covers (and as thin mattresses or mattress pads) to fit over a mattress as an extra layer of padding. Then, they began to be adapted as regular surfaces on mattresses, and today they can accompany almost any mattress with or without springs.
What are the benefits of a pillow top?
A pillow top mattress is softer and more velvety in terms of the feel it leaves on the body. In most models, they are softer than the mattress and in almost all cases contribute to increasing the height of the mattress.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The construction materials used, which you can find in the technical characteristics and in the detailed photos, are the following:
The mattress surface is made of knitted fabric.
Then, there is a layer of foam.
The interior of the mattress consists of high-density foam in a wavy design to maintain distances between the other materials, while also providing them with proper ventilation.
Below this, there is non-woven fabric, which is a non-woven polypropylene fabric, special for many uses. It is ideal for holding mattress materials in quilting and is recyclable.
Next, there is a layer of 3 cm foam and another layer of non-woven fabric.
Below there is a layer of cotton wadding. This is a natural material made of cotton. It is ecological and human-friendly and has the property of adapting to body temperature and at the same time allowing the mattress to ventilate. It absorbs body sweat, is soft and offers a cool feeling in summer.
The heart of the mattress consists of independent springs 18 cm high, with a thickness of 1.8 mm in the center, while on both sides there is a row of springs with a thickness of 2.3 mm for better lateral support.
Then we find again a series of the same materials, as analyzed above.
Please note that the mattress is single-sided, so you should not flip it over.
MAINTENANCE:
• Periodically air your mattress in the sun for proper ventilation.
• Leave windows open for 30 minutes daily to remove moisture, especially during winter, which is the main cause of mattress odour.
• Do not bend the mattress as there is a risk of deformation and damage.
• Do not use it as a "trampoline" for children.
• Keep it dry.
• Wash sheets at high temperatures and iron them well to kill microorganisms, and place them dry on the mattress.
• Do not iron on the mattress.
• Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with special cleaners.
• The mattress base must be without protrusions, curves, or bumps. It should be on a flat surface.
ADVANTAGES:
Pocket mattresses adapt to the shape of the body. They are particularly effective when the mattress is used by 2 people, and the movements of one person do not affect the other. They are suitable for overweight people.
