MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION:
The table is made from solid SUAR wood. When we refer to solid wood, we mean wood made entirely from the tree trunk. Solid wood is the most expensive option for wood types but stands out for its timeless aesthetic.
Suar wood is the wood of the Albizia Saman tree, sometimes called the rain tree. It is a beautiful, well-formed wood, with abundant cross-grains. The heartwood is close to walnut in color, while the rest of the wood body is lighter. Each piece of Suar wood, like every snowflake, is unique. The grain pattern of the wood can vary significantly, making one piece seem more desirable to a particular customer than another. Properly dried, Suar wood is very strong and durable.
*Existing cracks or those that may develop over time are due to the contraction-expansion of the living organism called solid wood, and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, adding originality and unique design to your space. During the production process, existing cracks are homogenized and stabilized with material made from the same wood. Therefore, THERE MAY BE COLOR VARIATIONS AND DIFFERENCES IN THE DIMENSIONS of the product due to the dimensions of the processed wood. These do not constitute a product defect.
MAINTENANCE:
A wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient, and for stains, a gentle spray from one of the many available on the market. In general, even with stains, the secret is quick cleaning before the wood has time to "soak in."
