Today, Mindi wood is found in various parts of the world, including India, Asia, and North America. The outer layer of Mindi wood (sapwood) has a yellowish-white color. Meanwhile, the inner layer of Mindi wood (heartwood) has a reddish color which eventually turns reddish-brown after some time and exposure to light.
