ΗΜ7675.48- living room rug------ We present the new addition to our product range. This rug depicts various curved designs.
Info: The rug or carpet has been a part of human civilization for centuries. The oldest surviving rug in the world is found in Armenia and dates back to the 5th century BC. However, knotted carpets probably originated in the 3rd or 2nd millennium BC in Western Asia, possibly in the Caspian Sea region (Northern Iran) or from Armenia, although there is evidence that goats and sheep had been slaughtered for this purpose since the 7th millennium! Rugs are traditionally made from wool, but since the 20th century, they are often made from synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, nylon, or polyester, as these fibers are less expensive than wool.
DIMENSIONS:
160X230cm
Pile height: 1 cm.
Weight: 1,300gr/m2
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The surface of the rug is made of 100% Polyester fibers, while the base of the rug is 100% cotton. Polyester fibers are a shortened name for a synthetic, man-made polymer, which, as a special material, is most often referred to as a type called polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It is clear, therefore, that it is resistant to all kinds of wear and tear, especially moisture. The cotton base of the rug is also particularly resistant to moisture.
MAINTENANCE:
Thanks to the durable construction materials, this rug can be washed without fear with running water and mild detergents, such as dish soap. Of course, there are also special cleaners for all kinds of carpets available on the market that you can use without hesitation. Just be careful not to rub the cotton bottom part hard, but only wash it with water.
ADVANTAGES:
This fringed rug, like all in our range, is ready for delivery. It is durable thanks to its industrial construction and the synthetic materials that compose it, and for the same reason, it has the property of keeping its color unchanged. And of course, its price is really attractive. You just make sure to aesthetically match it to your space!
